Conditions of the extras
TV. Any TV package needs a set-top box (€70 one-off) or a compatible Smart TV with our free app. Ask support about compatibility.
Landline. Landline customers pay by direct debit, collected in arrears, because call charges vary by month. Call charges are not included in the package price. While the service is stopped, a minimum charge of €5 a month keeps your number active; the number is lost after 6 months of non-payment. Prices, coverage and network services may change without notice.
WiFi Mesh. The initial set-up includes one access point; each additional access point is €5 a month. Installation is free with a 12-month contract (cable runs over 30 m may cost extra). The Mesh equipment remains the property of DVBLab Communication, S.L.; to stop the monthly payments, return it to us. Wi-Fi support and maintenance are included.

Upgrade from WiFi to fibre

Minimum term
300 Mbit: you pay the €149 installation and there is no minimum term, so you can cancel at any time. 600 and 1000 Mbit: installation is free in exchange for a 12-month contract.
After the first 12 months
On 600 and 1000 Mbit the contract continues on the same terms and at the same price, now without a minimum term, so you can cancel at any time. A later reconnection at the same address requires a new installation fee or a new 12-month term with free installation.
Cancelling early
If you cancel a 600 or 1000 Mbit plan within the first 12 months, you pay the proportional part of the installation cost for the months remaining until the end of the contract.
Connection and equipment
GPON or XGPON fibre with a premium ONT router with high-efficiency Wi-Fi 6. The router remains the property of GetInternet.es and must be returned when the contract ends (€50 if it is not returned). No deposit.
Static IP address
€10/month incl. VAT, minimum term 6 months. Not available together with Start/Stop.
Apartment buildings
In apartment buildings the fibre has to be brought in through the building’s telecommunications room, and access to it is usually arranged only by the owner or the community of owners. That is why we agree the connection date individually. Villas and houses are connected directly.
TV
Any TV package needs a set-top box (€70 one-off) or a compatible Smart TV with our free app. With Start/Stop, Premium TV is €10/month.
Residential use
Residential fibre is for private use under our service contract: no resale or business use, no servers, no bulk mailing.

Is fibre available at my address?
Use “Check availability” or call us. We confirm within one working day.
How long does installation take?
In 9 out of 10 cases we install the day after coverage is confirmed and we have your details and documents. The visit itself takes a few hours: we install the equipment, set up Wi-Fi and test the speed.
What does “symmetric” mean?
Upload speed is the same as download speed, which matters for video calls, cloud backups and working from home.
Is there a contract?
Only on the 600 and 1000 Mbit plans, where installation (valued at €149) is free: 12 months. On 300 Mbit you pay the €149 installation and there is no minimum term, so you can cancel at any time.
