Prices and billing
Prices include VAT. No minimum term; billed by calendar month. Start/Stop does not apply to mobile.
Unlimited calls
Unlimited calls cover national calls; call set-up is included. Premium numbers (80x, 90x, premium SMS) are excluded.
Fair use and out-of-bundle rates
Fair use for unlimited calls: up to 120 different numbers per month; no permanent call forwarding; personal use only (no commercial use, SIM boxes or PBX). Beyond the allowance or fair use: €0.20 call set-up + €0.10/min; national SMS €0.30.
After the data allowance
Once the data allowance is used up, speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s until the next month, at no extra charge.
Roaming
EU roaming: your plan works in the EU, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein at no extra cost, subject to the EU fair-use rules (roaming use must not exceed home use for more than 3 months). Outside this zone, roaming is charged by zone (see the roaming price list). In the USA, 2G/3G networks are switched off: data and SMS work, voice calls do not.
International minutes
International plans include 1,000 minutes a month to the listed countries (Morocco: landlines only). Calls to other countries are charged at the international rate.
eSIM
eSIM is available on every plan and is issued in person at our offices with your ID. eSIM is not compatible with Apple Watch.
