How long does it take to get fibre installed?
With GetInternet.es, fibre is installed the day after coverage is confirmed in 9 out of 10 cases, once we have your details and documents. The visit itself takes a few hours: the technician installs the equipment, sets up the Wi-Fi and tests the speed.
From request to working internet there are five steps:
- You send a request online or call us.
- We confirm coverage at your address within one working day.
- We agree a time and come to you, usually the next day.
- Our technician installs the equipment and sets up the Wi-Fi.
- We test the speed with you. You are online.
Apartment buildings can take longer: the fibre goes in through the building’s telecommunications room, and access is usually arranged by the owner or the community of owners, so we agree the date individually. Villas and houses are connected directly. Check your address.
