How do I switch internet provider in Spain without being left offline?
With GetInternet.es you do not cancel your current provider first: we install the new fibre, and you cancel the old contract once it is running, so there is no day without internet. Installation is usually the day after coverage is confirmed, and we can move your phone numbers to us for free.
- Check that our fibre reaches your address; we confirm within one working day.

- When everything works, you cancel your old provider. Check its notice period and any early termination fee in your current contract.
- Mobile and landline numbers can be ported to us free of charge. For a landline we need a copy of your ID and your latest bill.
