Legal notice and terms of use
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms govern the use of the website getinternet.es and all its language versions (the "website"). By using the website you accept them. They do not cover our internet, mobile, landline and TV services: those are governed by the service contract and its conditions, which you receive when you order a service.

2. Use of the website
You may use the website to find out about our services, check availability at your address and contact us. You agree not to:
- use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms us, our customers or anyone else;
- send false information, or another person's details without their permission, through the forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data, disrupt or overload it, or scan it for vulnerabilities;
- copy its content in bulk by automated means.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Information, prices and offers
We take care that the information on the website is correct and up to date, but it is for guidance only. Prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Whether a service is available depends on coverage at your address, which we confirm before any order. Offers are valid for the period and under the conditions shown with them. The website is not an offer to enter into a contract: what binds both sides is the service contract you sign. We may correct obvious errors in prices or information at any time.
4. Forms and requests
Sending a form ("Check availability", "Request a call") does not create a contract or any obligation for you. It is a request for us to check coverage or to call you back. Please give correct details; we use them only to answer your request, as explained in our privacy policy.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The website, its design, texts, images and logos and the GetInternet.es brand belong to us or are used with the owner's permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or public communication requires our prior written consent.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, for example maps, social networks and downloadable documents. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical faults or malicious software, or by the use of the information on the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy; how we use cookies, in our cookie policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the website or the law changes. The version published on this page, with its date, applies from the day it is published.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of the place where you live. The website is available in several languages; if the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
