Well happy to say we made the right decision to sign up with dvblab from our previous shambles of a so called service/providor.
Tv reception far superior, internet stable. If signal does go down dvblad put a message to say they are aware and investigating.
Telephone or emails are picked up and dealt with professionally.

I am HAPPY to recommend this company.

But dvblab be warned if the service deteriorates. I will comment otherwise haha.

My elderly father had his tv and Internet installed yesterday. The installer went out of his way to ensure my father knew how it worked. He even called me to see if I wanted to come and meet him so I knew as well in case my father forgot. Today my Dad turned the tv on and no signal. My Dad called customer services and the installer Nicky called me to meet him there. In turns out it was a poor cable connection on the new cable so it wasn't a user error. He was kind, patient and concerned for my Dad. Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Everything worked out just amazing. Easy to get ahold of via email and the technicians came out on time, did an amazing job with installing the fibre connection and showed us how it worked. All in 1,5h.

Incredibly quick installation within 3 days of requesting the service from the UK. Our second day arriving at our holiday home in Spain 2 operatives installed my fibre broadband and tv package. My internet speed is 10 times faster than before and the UK tv package gives everything I require. I could not praise this company highly enough for the service they have given me, top class and the price is 200% less than I was paying before, I had a land line which I no longer required but I have a tv package which I previously did not. It’s a no brainer to deal with this company.

For the past 10 years, this company proved to be one of the best in Southern Spain as a provider of internet and TV to suit everyone.

Their fibre network is great. Speeds up to 300 mg/s in our area. TV package has all the normal channels plus box sets and selection of movies.

First rate internet speed good options for UK TV and brilliant customer service. In my fifteen years of owning a property in Spain I can honestly say this is the best customer experience I have had. DVBLab came recommended from our neighbour, service has been 5* from first contact to fitting. Fitters (Nuigi & Sergio, sorry if not spelled correctly, but you know who you are) were very helpful and polite (we are new to area) both worked quickly and tidily, very happy with internet. But moreso the professionalism the staff deliver to their customers is beyond reproach. It's the best internet providers I know around. I had no troubles with them at all. I can't understand people that are complaining without explaination. What better can you get here? You can stop the service while you live somewhere else.

Great company. I have used both Telfy and Vega Fibre, as I have lived in the area for many years, and neither are a patch on DVBlab for coverage, tv systems or internet. Customer service is excellent.

Great when we lived in Monte Azul...not sure if they do Benjiofar because I would go back with them, the company we are with is not as good!

Vi insåg att vi behövde ett fast fiber. Så vi hittade Dvblab här i Torrevieja som flera rekommenderat. Vi gick till deras kontor på en fredag och pratade med Phil som kunde lösa installation redan måndagen efter. Dock hade vi lite problem med föreningen då dom bara kunde öppna fiberskåpen på tisdagar och torsdagar. Så Dvblab var väldigt flexibla och löste det utan problem. Installatörerna kom på utsatt tid var väldigt professionella och trevliga och talade engelska. Gick väldigt fort och en utmärkt installation. Bredbandet håller absolut vad dom lovat och fri installation. Jag kommer varmt rekommendera Dvblab till alla jag känner.

Под звёздочками ниже - первоначальный отзыв, удалять не буду, тк вначале сильно напрягли.
В целом, за 2 года иногда интернет пропадал, несколько раз - относительно надолго. Но служба поддержки работает хорошо и все проблемы, когда нет доступа, решают оперативно.

Это - самый ужасный провайдер, что у меня был.
Ровно неделю назад мне установили WImax от DVDlab. За это время интернет ровно СУТКИ НЕ работал (установили в понедельник, не работал: во вторник 8-12, пятницу 0-10 и понедельник 0-10).
Во вторник я подумала - всякое бывает, в пятницу они отключили меня за то, что установщик не донес контракт, сегодня - не знаю, т.к. на звонок в 9:35 мне никто не ответил, но интернет вдруг чудесно заработал. Заметьте, что последние 2 раза он выключался в 12 ЧАСОВ НОЧИ и нужно было ждать, когда заработает служба поддержки.
Я заплатила за месяц вперед. На каком основании меня отключают? Тем более тогда, когда служба поддержки не работает?

До этого у меня стояла такая же тарелка от др.компании. За 6 лет я не знала даже телефон службы поддержки, т.к. такого БЕЗОБРАЗИЯ не было. 24 часа суммарно интернет у меня (ч/з них) не работал в мае-сентябре, когда много приезжих и большая нагрузка.
Что мешает DVDlab нормально работать в конце января? Я даже боюсь представить, что будет летом ... (пошла искать, кому нужно в таком случае жаловаться).

Установка Интернет оборудования, русского и английского телевидения. Говорят по русски, испански, английски. Очень внимательные и готовые помочь.
